During this session, we go through practical exercises to learn how our needs, how we want to express ourselves and that we have the right to be selfish when it comes to always having our needs met, are affected by ourselves. You will understand why you will always seek understanding from your surroundings and after creating happiness in your life as long as you do not have the right focus on what creates this.

DESCRIPTION OF THE LECTURES:

Our first lecture via Google MEET will be called "Energy draining & Road blocks" and will be about understanding how our self-image and self-criticism affect both our way of looking at others and ourselves and how it affects our creativity and how we can fully develop and become who we want to be.

The second lecture is called "Healthy Boundaries and Unconditional Relations" and is about creating a clear picture of our needs, what our true values ​​are and that we have the right to start from what makes us feel good and what we need.

The last lecture "Putting your true self first in all relations - and be proud of it" is about what we can do to find acceptance and pride for who we are and why it is so important that we take responsibility for our own happiness and to give ourselves confirmation of it. facilitates our communication and interaction with people around us.

We will also have one session of group coaching included in the course. During this session, we go through practical exercises to learn how our needs, how we want to express ourselves and that we have the right to be selfish when it comes to always having our needs met, are affected by ourselves. You will understand why giving yourself what you need instead of you always seeking understanding from your surroundings will improve both your self esteem and in the long run your relationships. After creating the safe space around you it will be much easier to take the next step to a fulfilling life around your needs and values. Your surroundings will thank you for being your true self.

On top of each meeting, You will find youtube links, documents, fact sheets, exercises to work your own, audio files (in the form of stories from my own life with keys and tools for your participants' own personal development and success).

I will personally have several groups to work with during the course's four weeks, which will mean that I look into the group to pep and motivate, but the personal responsibility for developing myself lies with each of you in the course.

Lifestyle change and our mindset require effort and perseverance.

However, we do this together in the course and I encourage everyone in the group to get in touch with each other and feel free to introduce themselves and tell about their progress.

👉 T H E   C O U R S E  P L A N 


The meetings are intended for three lectures at the beginning, middle and end with practice and exercises both during and between the meetings in a Facebook group to strengthen their integrity and how we express our needs.

In addition to these three lectures, a group coaching of 60 minutes is also included (3x60 minutes of lectures and 60 minutes of group coaching).


The content is:

Exploring our boundaries and how we say yes to ourselves and no to what we do not feel is okay.

⭐ It can be incredibly difficult to stand up for oneself even if we know we are right if people around us say otherwise and transfer the responsibility to us as a counterparty.

⭐ A lot is about communication, many people know that. But basically, communication is about expressing who we are. Our inner values ​​and needs. The other party in all relationships and conversations has its own.

⭐ How do we know if a relationship is out of balance? Or maybe even have a negative impact. We will find out during the challenge.

⭐ We will talk about, read about, listen to practical exercises in communication, how we handle ruler techniques and practice conflict management.

But the most important lesson from this challenge is to learn to find your personal limits, to create your own personal space and get to know themselves and how it feels to be seen for who they really are and want to be which will create strong boundaries around who you really are.

The challenge is to dare to be yourself because when You do, the boundaries are clear because then we know what we need and that we deserve it!
